Chinese company SHINING 3D, a leading supplier of consumer-class 3D scanning and 3D printing systems, today announced a partnership with AGE Solutions, a professional dental design software solution provider, to integrate their orthodontics design software, Maestro 3D Ortho Studio, into its own digital dental solution.
The Maestro 3D Ortho Studio from AGE Solutions, is a robust and precise CAD software for the realization of orthodontic jobs and of dental restoration jobs. It can be used for the orthodontics-oriented inspection, editing and analysis, using high-quality 3D data of patient’s cases.
The software is modular and is composed from two main macro mudules: Ortho Studio (orthodontic module) and Dental CAD / Dental Restoration (dental restoration module). It also offers other modules, such as Virtual Setup module, Brackets placement module, Models Builder, PDF3D module, Clear Aligner module.
The Maestro 3D Ortho Studio supports open standard file format, and allows users to manage clinic, doctors, patients and cases through a database. It features an intuitive and integrated workflow and can perform all analysis in just a few minutes.
The partnership is in response to demands for a complete solution for orthodontics, allowing a seamless integration of 3D scanning and 3D printing into the work process.
"We are excited to team up with AGE Solutions,” said Oscar Meza, VP of Global Sales at SHINING 3D. “Because our respective organizations follow the same principle of empowering the users by providing a powerful solution integrating both hardware and software, which is straightforward, cost-effective and user-friendly."
